A Disgusting Clash !!

Hi folks Iam back again with a serious issue this time . When i say serious i mean that . Its bout the student's society and not bout a bull shit exam or a love me love me kiss me kiss me entry rather .

We have a serious issue on the table undiscussed . After the cold blooded murders of our Indian fellowmates at the Virginia Tech University , this is the incident that has got so much speculation and attention from the local public . You have guessed me.. Yeah its bout the Law College student's attack , here in Chennai . It was a murderous attack between the Law College students . It is said to be an attack which is erupted due to a communal clash .

C'mon ppl we are here in the 21 st century, Forget communities , relegions , races... We are all Indians by heart . To all those youths ova here.. We are making the student's community so cheap by leading all these communal clashes . And to those ppl who still remain in the 16th century.. Please Please give up your races and untouchability formulas . You gotta change else its difficult for the nation to progress into a superpower . Lets all give up our racial discriminations and differences and Hail INDIA .

Back to the issue again... It was really disgusting and unacceptable to see those students out there with cricket bats and hockey sticks . Ans i really feel shameful for the police personnels who remained just mute spectators rather than getting themselves into the incident . After this issue , the police ppl clearly had lost people's trust , i could say .

And i feel this issue was not discussed in detail for all the speculation created . I think there would be big guns involved in this issue as this serious thing was neglected and dumped and the people behind this clash however remain undisclosed .

Where is the student's community going on from here..?? Is the government involved in this clash..?? Who stays behind this attack..??

" Why does all these questions go unanswered..??? " is my disturbed reply.. Wotever mate., Lets have some peace and lets stay United and give the student's community a different Dimension..

Im in my last exam and just 2 days to spare ,

In my room dreaming , I relaxed with a lot of dare.

With a 840 page book on my bed , I lay ,

While the lesson plans and lengthy syllabus columns filled up my first day.

From room to room I paced up , like a little hare

Trying to retain my small but powerful memory space with a lot of care.

Eventhough with 4 units under my belt , I lead ,

With only a short dinner , on my couch i sat down to read and feed.

While the constantly falling tiny droplets certainly had my attention ,

I still managed to get on without any hesitation and botheration.

I completed my study session when my cuckoo clock striked half past ten ,

With a glee and happiness on my face , I came out of my room with great satisfaction.

Only to find out from the news channels that , the university has postponed my exams clearly ,

In a pensive mood I sat down shattered , it really costed me dearly.

I thought , the rains have had no mercy on me ,

But for those ppl who just rushed thro their book are benefited maybe ,

With a month long wait to complete the last test ,

With a sense of anger and vigour , I pushed my books in disinterest.

So the news"MY EXAMS ARE STILL ON and ON and ON" ,

Mighty Rains !! .. Bhu Hu....Bhu Hu....

I Call it a.... A New Life..

Nowadays i have started loving being lonely,

Started loving being in dark.

I don't eat much , yet i feel ma stomach is full,

Not feeling bored and indeed iam texting a lott !!

Its been a NEW LiFE since i entered college,

A new girl has just stepped into my life..

I feel like talking to her for the whole day,

But,

the moment i see her i loose my words.

when she calls me out for a date ,

I confuse myself with all the outfits i have..

Its late night and the city is having a sound sleep,

and still we manage to stay awake and talk to each other.

I just couldn't say she is yet another girl in my friend's list ,

But she stays the reason for my changes , twirls and twist.

Many lighter moments - We share,

And to cover miles and miles to see her - I dare.

A good understanding and lots of care ,

Sleepless nights and small small fights.

Built our relation.

And when you question me about this , i have no explanation.

And if this is what ppl call - LOVE ..

Then i think iam into One..

The Road To Zonals.

Hi.. Folks. Im back with a good news.. Our college(REC) proved to be too good as a cricket team..in zone 2.. We clinched the Cricket Zonals2008 hosted by the Anna University..There were 2 teams to beat before the grand finale..The tourney seems to be very short cuz of the knock-out stages.

The first one we faced was The Anna Univ..Anna Univ s certainly a tough side to beat.. They had PROFESSIONAL players in their list starting from the fiery shakti kamal to manoraj... Be it any team you gotta have that bit of luck.. Winning the toss we bat first..It was a surprise decision for me to open the innings alongside the giant Thirumalai. We scored 140 in 25. It was definitely a winning total but who knows ,25-25 cricket s anyone's game. We bundled them for 130.It was our day and we sailed past them..Our bowlers had a good length and the initial wickets proved vital..

Now to the second one.. against the SVCE.. Its a good team again ..They had a good mix of the bat and the ball.. Winning the toss we set a target of 139. Initially their scoring rate was faster than our's.. But the leftie Arun provided the initial breakthrough and from then on it was just a child's play.. The idea was clear.... give the single to the opening batsman and cut the singles for the new batsman..thus keeping him on strike all the time. It was indeed a good game plan and they were all out for some 80 odd runs. Now winning the semis. We enter into the Finals werein we play Mamallan.

Again we won the toss.The Toss thingy seemed to be in love with us cuz every time we make a call , they respond..Lolz..As the team started gettin good starts from us. We had to open yet again a new innings. They did not have an outstanding bowling attack, but it was pretty decent one. Unfortunately Malai got dismissed for a few runs, So i thought i had the responsibility to take ma team to a good fighting total. Rao was in. I could breathe now. Wot a man he is.? I have always been a fan of his batting. He clears distant boundaries with ease. Those are a treat to watch from the other end. C'mon man ,The first ball he faced raced like a bullet hitting his bat over the cover boundaries. wow !! i thought .. super shot..Wot else i need.?? Now i just had to rotate the strike and he's always there for the bigger ones. We blended soo well and put a target of 151 in a 20 ovr game. Imagine half the battle is won already !! And Our bowlers were all perfect .. hitting the right areas and giving us the confi. And the victory did not come just like that.... we fought it out and the winning moment was very emotional .

The guys were into tears and it took me some time to come back into existance. Wot a Victory ....REC Wins Zonals. Thats a real honour for all of us. Its never a one man show. Its always a team game, Every player has contributed something or the other.This s the moment that i will always cherish in ma life !

Da Hundred !!

"Now here comes the second post from me.. Im srry ppl ..... for, the second one comes a long time after the first one !! .. itz cuz of ma buggin unit tests !! .. and now on ma recent hundred against the National Public team !! .. i feel really proud to get a hundred against the mighty school team .. for, they have got 2 seamers and 2 leg spinners and a lone off spinner !! .. Playin an off spinner is a sort of a child play for me !! .. but that young seamer tormented me a lot with his sudden breaks in his run up and also his bouncers..were well in target !! After i hit ma 50 by the end of the 20th over .. i thought i would go right into the attack.. and after the 30 odd overs it was getting tough playin that leg spinner so i played singles and tried to rotate the strike.. and now the moment when i was battling hard on ma 96 for ma team.. i sniked one to the keeper .. it was a half chance but he could have clinged on to it.. but it hit his web and the ball sailed over the ropes and it was a hundred for me !! ma first after an year !!..

" HUNGRY FOR MORE " is the fashion statement at the moment ...!!
